Tyalls handles daily financial data for hotels, so security is built into how the application runs, not added on afterwards.
SOC 2 Type 1
Tyalls holds a SOC 2 Type I report. Type II is due in Q1 2027.
Hosted on AWS in Sydney, Australia
Customer data is stored in Amazon RDS, a managed database service. Files such as PDFs and reports are stored in Amazon S3. Neither the database nor the file storage is publicly accessible.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All data moving between your team and Tyalls is encrypted. Stored data and files are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Passwords are never stored in Tyalls
Sign-in is handled by Auth0, an industry-standard authentication platform. Passwords aren’t held on Tyalls systems, and multi-factor authentication is supported.
Protected from common attacks
A web application firewall filters traffic to block attacks such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting. Tyalls is served through AWS CloudFront, which keeps the application’s servers off the public internet and helps defend against denial-of-service attacks.
Monitored and audited
Network traffic and security logs are monitored continuously, with automated alerts for suspicious activity. Security is audited regularly.
Privacy and breach notification
Tyalls complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Read our Privacy policy.
