Tyalls is a separate application, not a PMS.
It connects to your hotel systems, extracts the data it needs for daily checks, and does its work in Tyalls. Your existing systems keep running the hotel; Tyalls covers the governance.
That means:
- No change to how teams operate the PMS
- No duplicate data entry for integrated properties
- One consistent control framework across properties
For properties not on an integrated system, reports can still be uploaded.
The checks, routing and audit record still apply.

Tyalls integrates with OPERA Cloud.
What happens each night
- Tyalls extracts the relevant data from OPERA Cloud after the close
- Reports are built and risk is assessed in Tyalls, not in OPERA Cloud
- Night teams at integrated properties do not need to upload reports
- Clean checks complete automatically; exceptions go to the right manager or group for review
